You can cancel your booking with full refund up to 48 hours in advance. Cancelations less than 48 hours in advance are non refundable.

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience.

We will have a box office on site. However, tickets have to be purchased 1 hour before the event and may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot.
